A juror’s vertigo halted another day of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ sex trafficking trial before it began. The trial will resume Friday after a break for the Juneteenth holiday on Thursday. Prosecutors had planned to rest their case this week after presenting evidence over six weeks, but the delay means they likely won’t finish until Monday. Combs’ federal racketeering and sex trafficking trial has revealed new details about the disgraced rap mogul. Text messages introduced in court included a surprising item: a list of his favorite sermons. Titled “PD’s Favorite Sermons,” the list was compiled by a YouTube account called “Assistants PD” and surfaced during Jane Doe’s testimony. Another revelation came from one of the civil sex trafficking lawsuits against Combs, which describes his chief of staff, Kristina Khorram, as “the Ghislaine Maxwell to Combs’ Jeffrey Epstein.” Prosecutors allege Combs forced Cassie Ventura to take part in so-called “freak-offs,” while the defense claims she participated voluntarily. Jurors again watched footage of Combs’ drug-fueled sex parties, with the defense showing longer clips than the prosecution. A former aide to Sean "Diddy" Combs prepares to testify as Combs faces the final stretch of his federal sex trafficking trial. One of Matthew Perry's ketamine suppliers pleads guilty, facing 40 years and a fine of $2 million. The manhunt continues in Washington state for Travis Decker, accused of killing his three daughters during a court-ordered visitation. Chilling new details emerge in the Minnesota lawmaker shooting spree as federal charges are filed. Drew Nelson reports.

Jurors in Sean "Diddy" Combs sex trafficking trial were shown three "freak off" sex tapes given to the state by Cassie Ventura. Combs mother, sister, and three sons were in the courtroom listening to his ex talk about these orgies. Jurors cringed and some turned their heads.  The galley was unable to view the video. Jurors watched on small monitors with headphones.  In other testimony, a paralegal specialist with the US Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York, Ananya Sankar, said she reviewed the accuracy of the government charts that summarize exhibits.   The charts show the jury text messages and other information that haven't been discussed in testimony, but were submitted into evidence.  Among the evidence, texts between Combs staff planning "hotel nights," Diddy and Cassie, with Khorram and other staff discussing getting $4,000 cash to the hotel. Khorram tells assistant, Dave Shirley,  “Heads up, he’s probably about to do wild king tonight.” Shirley responds, "...need to reup on baby oil". The jury also sees a text from Khorram to Cassie, "Hi, Dave is at your door with the green".  Prosecutors say they expect to rest their case as early as tomorrow, Wednesday. Inside a federal courtroom in Manhattan Monday, prosecutors presented jurors with portions of three sexually explicit videos said to feature Sean Combs in what witnesses have described as “freak-off” sex marathons. The clips, played only for jurors and courtroom parties wearing headphones, came from a cellphone linked to Combs and turned over by his former girlfriend, Casandra Ventura. Two teenage brothers have been sentenced to 20 years in prison for their roles in a drive-by shooting that killed a 5-year-old girl in Albuquerque.  The shooting, part of a surge in violence in 2023, led New Mexico Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham to declare a public health emergency, temporarily restricting guns in public parks and playgrounds.

A major shakeup hits the Sean Combs trial after the judge dismisses a Black male juror. Judge Arun Subramanian says concerns emerged about the juror’s candor after he allegedly gave conflicting statements about his residence. Combs’ defense team vigorously objects to the removal of “Juror 6,” arguing it reduces the panel’s diversity. The dismissed juror is replaced by a 57-year-old alternate—a white accountant from Westchester. Paralegal specialist Ananya Sankar completes cross-examination as jurors review text messages between Sean “Diddy” Combs and his staff about purchasing drugs. Vance Boelter, the individual suspected of shooting two Minnesota legislators and their spouses in a series of politically charged attacks early Saturday morning, is now in police custody.

The FBI is now entering the investigation into the disappearance of young Kyron Horman. The morning he went missing. Skyline Elementary School in northwest Portland Oregon is having their annual science fair so the school is opened about 30-minutes earlier than normal to allow parents and students to see the different projects created by the students. Arriving at Skyline just after 8 a.m., Kyron Horman and his stepmother, Terri Horman, go to his classroom and drop off his coat and backpack. Kyron then shows his stepmother his exhibit called "The Red-Eyed Tree Frog".  The two walk around the classes looking at other students' projects and see many other parents and children who have arrived early for the science fair. Terri Horman volunteers her time helping Kryon's teacher, Kristina Porter, and Porter sees Kyron and Terri Horman in Kyron's classroom that morning and another teacher sees Kyron and Terri in another classroom before the 8:45 a.m. school bell rings   As Terry Horman leaves the school, she sees Kyron walking down a hallway toward his classroom inside Skyline Elementary. Kyron has already placed his bookbag and coat in Miss Porter's classroom when he first arrived for the science fair.  Miss Porter starts her class as like every day, then reading group, then recess, then lunch. Around 3pm the children, tired from a busy day, get on the bus to go home.   Kyron Horman's father Kaine is at home getting his daughter ready to meet Kyron's bus after school.  When Kyron doesn't get off the bus, Kaine Horman assumes there is confusion and Kyron is waiting to be picked up at school. The bus driver calls the school to see if Kyron is waiting to be picked up and finds out from the front office that Kyron has been marked absent, he hasn't been at school all day.    Investigators build a timeline quickly as they search for Kryon Horman. The 7-year-old arrives at school with his stepmother, Terri Horman, around 8 a.m. for the Science Fair. Breaking news out of Minnesota, two lawmakers and their spouses have been shot in what's being called a "politically motivated assassination."  Rep. Melissa Hortman and her husband Mark were killed. Sen. John Hoffman and his wife were injured, shot multiple times. They underwent surgery overnight and doctors are optimistic they will survive.

Eight unsealed warrants are giving new insights into the investigation of Sade Robinson’s murder. Newly released surveillance images show Sade meeting Anderson at the Twisted Fisherman for their date. The warrants also reveal police are reviewing employment records and surveillance from Victor’s nightclub. Anderson reportedly worked at Victor’s, a club that one of Sade’s coworkers says they frequented. Investigators are trying to determine how Sade met Maxwell Anderson. Also, a friend of Anderson’s is now working with law enforcement as a confidential informant. The CI tells investigators in early March, Anderson spoke of a plan to lure Sade Robinson to his home, then force her into the basement at gunpoint, where he would shoot her, then dismember her body and scatter the remains. The CI says Anderson showed him the basement, where Anderson had taped plastic paint protectors to the walls and floor. As rumored, Kanye West arrives today at his sometimes collaborator's trial as the prosecution moves into the home stretch on presenting their case to the jury against disgraced rapper Sean "Diddy" combs.  A recap of powerful and emotional testimony against the disgraced rapper comes from ex-girlfriend "Jane" testifying under a pseudonym. Jane spent her days on the stand describing “hotel nights” with Combs, which involved her having sex with other men while he watches. Jane testifies Combs paid her rent as ‘leverage’ and treated her ‘like an animal’ Jane says she pleaded with Combs to stop pressuring her into sex acts with male escorts, and she was shocked when she learned of his lawsuit from Cassie Ventura. Jane alleges she was with Combs the night CNN releases the video of Combs' kicking Cassie at the Intercontinental Hotel during an alleged "Freak off." Judge Arun Subramanian, gives Diddy heat calling Combs out for behavior crossing the line. According to reports, Combs seen “nodding vigorously” to jurors and making eye contact while another alleged victim was on the stand, Bryana Bana Bongolan. At the same time. prosecutors seek to have a juror removed.      The rapper has denied any accusations of wrongdoing

The government says they are set to wrap their case by the end of next week. 

Prosecutors seek to remove one of the jurors — Juror No. 6 — who Sean "Diddy" Combs' defense lawyers claim is among the panel’s Black members. It’s not clear what’s behind the prosecution’s request, though it has cited a "lack of candor." " Maurene Comey, one of the prosecutors, says, "We did not want to do this. We were compelled to do that." Combs ex-girlfriend identified by pseudonym "Jane" returns for her sixth day on the stand. Combs' defense has attacked Jane “up and down” trying to show she agreed to sex acts, by using Combs messages as alleged proof, according to prosecutors.  Prosecutors tell Judge Arun Subramanian the government expects to rest its case no later than a week from Friday and perhaps as early as Wednesday next week. One of the prosecutors, Maurene Comey, also states they will condense their case and soon will inform the court and defense which witnesses they will remove. Sean "Diddy" Combs' ex-girlfriend, known as "Jane," continued her graphic testimony on the stand, revealing more explicit details about their relationship. She told the court he called her "Crack Pipe"—a nickname she said reflected his obsession with her and their intense sexual encounters. Jane also admitted to using their "hotel nights" as leverage to get what she wanted from the music mogul. In other news, a Los Angeles woman woke to find an intruder standing over her with his pants down. Meanwhile, a judge removed a mother from a Zoom court hearing—for making a sandwich. Sean “Diddy” Combs’ attorneys cross-examined his ex-girlfriend, “Jane,” who testified that the rapper’s sexual preferences may stem from bi-curiosity. Jane, testifying under a pseudonym, told jurors she still loves Combs, who continues to pay her rent after giving her approximately $150,000 during their three-year relationship. As Jane recalled fond memories—giving Combs foot massages and watching hours of Dateline—the rapper smiled and nodded from the defense table. Jane said the word “cuckold” described what she and Combs engaged in sexually. She explained that a cuck gets “pleasure seeing his woman receive pleasure from the other man” and may harbor bi-curiosity that he explores indirectly through his partner. Jane Doe, Sean "Diddy" Combs’s most recent ex-girlfriend testifies for another day, that "hotel nights" were the only way she'd ever see him. Growing fears of a serial killer as a young woman is found dead in the woods of Massachusetts, marking the 13th unexplained death across New England since March. A Los Angeles protester is now on the FBI's "Most Wanted" list for allegedly throwing rocks at federal officers. Drew Nelson reports.

"Jane's" testimony continues. She testifies she grew more defiant of Combs’ “hotel nights” when he bragged about his sex life with another woman on a podcast. Jane sends several blunt texts the next time Combs asks for a “hotel night” while he’s with another woman. “I don’t want to be used and locked in a room to perform and fulfill your fantasies. I’m not a porn star. I’m not an animal. Coming to the realization of what this really is.” When Combs replies she’s the only one who can bring him peace, Jane snaps back, “Introduce her to ‘P.’” ” It's not me; it's the entertainment that puts you at peace.” Jane says her text about ‘P’ referred to one of their “entertainers,” Paul. After their fight about “hotel nights,” Combs promises Jane they can have a weekend in New York, just the two of them. Jane believes Combs and gets on a plane, but not long after takeoff, Combs sends Jane a text about a “surprise.” When she arrived, an “entertainer” was waiting in their hotel room. Combs brushed off Jane’s clear disappointment and anger in the lounge of their hotel, and Jane says she felt so defeated, she agreed to go upstairs with Combs. Just a few days later, Combs decided that night needed a part two and had the New York entertainer meet the couple in Miami.  Jane testifies that the two-part “hotel night” went poorly because of her disappointment and distrust for the “entertainer” Combs chose, so she arranged another hotel night with a man she was more familiar with to “make it up” to Combs. Jane expresses in later texts to Combs that she had a hand in setting up “hotel nights” and hiring sex workers solely for her own safety against blackmail, pregnancy, and STDs, not because she wanted to participate. Jane reads more text messages she sent to Combs the next time he asked to see her for what she assumed would be another hotel night: “Spend the day with your family or Gina; I need time to myself.” In response, Combs promised that he wasn’t seeking sex at all and only wanted to spend time with her. Jane alleged that Combs physically assaulted her, choking, punching, kicking, and dragging her by the hair – actions that mirrored the assault on Ventura. She claimed Combs later instructed her to take drugs and engage in sexual acts with another person, in what she described as an act of "coercion."

Sean Combs arranged “hotel nights” in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, and Turks and Caicos, according to testimony from a witness identified as “Jane.” She told jurors she relied on Combs’ chief of staff, Kristina Khorram, to arrange travel, while Combs’ assistants prepared the hotel rooms with protective coverings, mood lighting, candles, lubricant, and large quantities of baby oil. She said Combs was obsessed with baby oil and claimed they used up to two dozen bottles during a single “hotel night.” Jane testified she met Combs during a girls’ trip to Miami hosted by a friend. Two months later, she planned to return to Miami when Combs offered to pay for her hotel room in exchange for a date. In the months that followed, she described a whirlwind of lavish dates and trips. She said Combs frequently offered her ketamine and ecstasy. After a 15-day trip, she said Combs gave her $10,000, saying it was compensation for keeping her away from work. That financial support soon became routine, with Combs eventually taking over her rent payments. Jane said that four months into the relationship, Combs asked her to fantasize about another man. In the moment, she agreed. She testified that Combs immediately made calls to arrange a session and, within hours, they were in a hotel suite set up by his assistants. The room was prepared with lighting and protective coverings, she said, and they met “Don,” a man from Cowboys for Angels. Believing she was fulfilling a one-time fantasy for her boyfriend, Jane agreed to have sex with Don. But she compared her consent to opening a “Pandora’s box” she could no longer close. Every meeting that followed involved sex with another man, she said. Although she protested, both verbally and in writing, Combs allegedly threatened to break up with her and cut off financial support if she refused. Brad Simpson, husband of missing Suzanne Simpson, and his attorney  fight to squash his indictment. As state attorneys continuing  gathering evidence from the Texas Rangers, the attorney say prosecutor has enough evidence to proceed with a motion to quash the indictment. The arrest affidavit for Brad Simpson, accused of murdering his wife, provides a detailed timeline of his activities the day before he reported her missing. The husband and father spent the day running suspicious errands, some of them in front of his 5-year-old daughter. The day after neighbors overheard the Simpsons fighting, Brad Simpson’s truck filled and emptied as he drove around San Antonio. First, Simpson placed his phone in “lockdown mode,” preventing location tracking. Forced to rely on surveillance footage, police spotted Simpson’s truck at a grocery store at 12:33 a.m. The truck bed was empty except for an ice chest. The next morning, when Simpson took his daughter to school, two full white trash bags had been added to the bed. Later, when Simpson was seen at a Boerne Whataburger drive-thru more than an hour later, police observed a heavy-duty trash can and a firewood rack weighing down an object covered by a blue tarp. Law enforcement uncovered damning evidence that led a grand jury to indict Simpson not only for tampering with evidence but also for murder. Lab testing revealed Suzanne Simpson’s DNA on a reciprocating saw from Simpson’s toolbox. In his first court appearance, Brad Simpson wore red prisoner attire with his hands cuffed in front of him. He swayed back and forth in his swivel chair, speaking only to confirm his identity and converse with his attorney. Police allege Matthew Johnson, whose body has not been founds, was killed by his wife.   Now new information,  available through unsealed search warrants, show Jennifer Gledhill asked her father for $13,000 just days before the suspected murder. It's not known what the money was for. Thomas Gledhill, according to court documents, used Venmo to transfer $1000 to his daughter the same day as the request.     Matthew Johnson serves in the military as a National Guardsman in the Special Ops Unit.  He takes a brief leave of absence as the children return to school. On the day Johnson is set to return to work, his wife, Jennifer Gledhill, reports him missing. She tells police he should have been home from base hours earlier, but his phone is going straight to voicemail. It turns out Johnson never showed up to work that morning. Jennifer says she last saw him driving away from their home. The last time anyone other than Jennifer saw Johnson was three days before he was reported missing, at a neighborhood gas station. Neighbors recall seeing his truck and hearing him and Gledhill arguing late into the night. The next day, Johnson’s communication, even with his children, stopped entirely. As police search for him, they find his truck ten days later, parked less than a mile from a million-dollar home. The truck is locked and has gas in the tank. Nothing appears out of place inside, but none of Johnson’s belongings are found. Investigators begin processing the truck for evidence. Neighbors report last seeing the truck in his driveway the day he disappeared. During the investigation, police discover that Johnson and Gledhill were in the midst of a contentious divorce after ten years of marriage. Gledhill initiated the split in July, with proceedings set to be finalized by the end of October. She claims she is afraid of Johnson and says he had been violent toward her in the past. Cottonwood Heights police had visited the family’s home several times for domestic disputes. A temporary restraining order was issued, but Gledhill needed to prove abuse for a permanent one. She provided video and text messages as evidence in her fight for the permanent order. One video showed Johnson calmly cleaning up broken glass from a family photo. Court Commissioner Russell Minas denied the permanent order, ruling there was no evidence of abuse. He described the relationship as highly dysfunctional, with both parties equally confrontational, and noted that Gledhill did not seem afraid of Johnson. The commissioner suggested the restraining order request was a litigation tactic in the ongoing divorce. Five days after Johnson was reported missing, Cottonwood Heights police received a call from one of Gledhill’s friends. The friend claimed that Gledhill had called them before reporting Johnson missing, offering a very different story. Jurors in Sean "Diddy" Combs' sex trafficking trial heard testimony from a witness who alleged the disgraced music mogul dangled her over a balcony, and she feared he would drop her. Bryana "Bana" Bongolan, a designer and friend of Cassie Ventura Fine, alleged Combs held her over a 17-story-high balcony. She testified the rapper then threw her onto balcony furniture, leaving her with a bruise on the back of her leg and pain in her neck and back. Brendan Paul, a 25-year-old basketball player from Ohio, amateur music producer, and graduate of Fairmont State University in West Virginia, is accused of being a “drug mule” for Combs, his employer. Paul was arrested on drug charges at a Miami airport as he attempted to board a private jet with Combs. During a lunch break, the judge addressed Combs’ attorney, Marc Agnifilo, and alleged that Combs was trying to influence jurors by nodding at them during Bongolan’s testimony. Prosecutors then called a woman to the stand who was allegedly trafficked by the hip-hop mogul as recently as last year. The witness, who will testify under the pseudonym “Jane,” began her testimony. Sean "Diddy" Combs' 2016 video of the disgraced rap mogul assaulting then girlfriend, Cassie Ventura Fine, in a Los Angeles hotel, is taking center stage again in Comb's federal sex trafficking trial. Eddy Garcia, former Intercontinental Hotel Security Guard, briefly took the stand and immediately pled the fifth. Judge Subramanian agreed to grant him immunity for his testimony, as long as he speaks the truth on the stand. The former security officer tells the court Combs paid $100,000 for a copy of the video, which shows Comb's kicking and dragging Cassie. CNN last year published the security footage.  Another witness introduced in opening statements expected to testify this week. “Jane,” who alleges Combs drugged and coerced her into participating in Freak Offs by taking control of her finances. Prosecutors accuse the defense of humiliating Sean Combs former assistant Mia. In Cleveland, an Ohio attorney accused in a decade-old murder case is now facing new charges. 51-year-old Gregory J. Moore pleaded not guilty to aggravated murder, kidnapping, and conspiracy in the 2013 stabbing death of Aliza Sherman, a 53-year-old nurse and mother of four.

Sean "Diddy" Combs' making headlines, but not for his ongoing legal saga, instead, Hollywood clothing up for auction. Iconic costume the music mogul wore in the 2001 Oscar-winning film, Monster's Ball, going up for auction. The costume expects to fetch a respectable sum when bidding opens June 7. Mia, former assistant to Sean “Diddy” Combs, accused Diddy of allegedly sexually assaulting her multiple times while testifying under a pseudonym. Lengthy and at times contentious cross-examination by one of Combs' defense attorneys Brian Steel, took most of the day, but Mia remains composed on the stand as she denies allegations from Comb’s legal team, she fabricated instances of abuse. Steel cross examined Mia about social media posts she wrote praising her boss, Diddy, as well as texts showing her devastation when employment ended.  Mia said being in Combs’s circle was all she knew, 24 hours a day for eight years. As to why she would behave that way toward someone who allegedly abused her, Mia tells Steel to “speak with my therapist.” Mia describes Combs as a controlling boss who repeatedly assaulted her during her employment. Meanwhile, President Donald Trump wouldn’t rule out a pardon for Combs, when asked about the possibility Friday during a White House presser. Rapper 50 Cent weighs in, 50 and the disgraced music mogul have been in a longstanding feud, and the pairs drama has intensified since Diddy’s legal woos came to light. Prosecutors were able to call one additional witness before jury was sent home: Sylvia Oken, a custodian for the Beverly Hills Hotel. The ex-personal assistant of Sean "Diddy" Combs returned to the witness stand on Friday, just one day after her initial testimony detailing the abuse she claims to have endured from the rap mogul, who is currently on trial.

A new superseding indictment charges the Alexander brothers with additional counts of alleged sex trafficking with  included more alleged victims. . One of them involves a minor. Six new alleged victims now form the basis for the criminal charges. An individual identified as Minor Victim-3 was trafficked, even though Alon and Tal Alexander would have had a "reasonable opportunity" to observe she was not yet 18, the new indictment alleged. The Alexander brothers are accused of using their wealth and influence to create opportunities to sexually assault women. More than 40 women have come forward with allegations, and investigators are urging others who believe they were assaulted to contact authorities. Attorneys for the brothers say they plan to plead not guilty. If convicted, they face life in prison. The three brothers come from a high-profile real estate background. Tal and Oren brokered a $47 million deal for their father in 2012 and a $240 million Manhattan condo sale in 2019. Alon attended law school before joining the family's private security company, Kent Security. Each brother has been accused of forcible rape by at least 10 women. All three are indicted on federal sex trafficking charges, while Oren and Alon also face sexual battery charges in Florida. The Alexanders have denied the allegations in civil cases, with their representatives suggesting the accusers are attempting to extort them. Court documents detail accounts from alleged victims. "Victim-1" claims she was raped by Tal Alexander and other men in 2021 at a home in the Hamptons. She says she felt unwell after drinking a glass of wine, then recalled Tal holding her down as another man entered the room. She later woke up in a separate room, where a camcorder was set up. Another alleged victim, referred to as "Victim-2," told investigators that Oren raped her. She says Oren gave her a cocktail, after which she felt strange and struggled to walk. Alon then took her to a bedroom to lie down. She recalls waking up to find Oren in the room. A judge granted the delay so defense attorneys can argue for seating a Salt Lake County jury in Summit County. Kouri Richins’ murder trial has been delayed indefinitely over concerns on whether to summon Salt Lake County jurors to Summit County. Defense attorneys raised concerns over the impartiality of a jury pool pulled from within the originating county.  In April, 3rd District Judge Richard Mrazik ruled to keep the trial in Summit County. Richins’ attorneys want to appeal the decision, so they asked for a delay. There was not opposition from Summit County prosecutors.  Richins, the mother of three wrote a children’s book about grieving her dead husband, but was later arrested in connection with his death.  Kouri Richins' book on how to deal with grief isn't the only thing she's written. There's a six-page handwritten letter that's sparking debate, "the walk the dog letter."  Prosecutors say that in the letter, Richins is teaching people how to lie about what happened the night her husband died.  Her defense team says the letter was privileged information and wants the prosecutors to be sanctioned. It's called the "walk the dog letter," since that phrase is written in big letters on the top. In it,  Richins makes the claim that her husband Eric was addicted to drugs, that he would make frequent trips to Mexico to get pills, and that his death was an accidental overdose. The letter was written to Richins' mother, and it reportedly tells her to instruct Richins' brother to make the connection to Mexico and drugs when he talks about the case. The question the court has to answer is, does a defendant attempting to help coach someone on what they should say on the witness stand, rise to the level of witness tampering? Prosecutors say it does rise to the level of witness tampering because there is no connection between Kouri Richins' brother and drugs from Mexico. The prosecution believes, again, that  Richins is instructing people to lie. Another victim in Sean "Diddy" Combs' sex trafficking trial referred to by a pseudonym, “Mia,” former personal assistant to Sean “Diddy” Combs’ and an executive at his film studio, Revolt TV, testifies Combs allegedly sexually assaulted her on multiple occasions. Mia states he could become violent, once slamming her into a wall and, on another occasion, throwing her into a pool. She once worked five days straight without sleep and used the drug Adderall to stay awake. "Mia" was not allowed to lock her bedroom door when staying at Combs' and could not leave his sight. She recalls a confrontation in 2012 when she and Cassie Ventura were barricaded in a beachside room, hiding from an enraged Combs during a vacation in Turks and Caicos, they push furniture against the door to block Combs from entering.   "I was looking at Cass and she was screaming for help and, 'You have to help me, Puff is going to kill me,'" "Mia" recalls. "She is usually chill and calm, and she was terrified." "Mia and Cassie dash out a back door to the beach and out to a paddle board, fleeing into the water, however weather shifted drastically, sky turned black. We were both debating. I was trying to weigh if it was scarier to face Mother Nature or go back to Puff. We eventually went back to Puff." Celebrity stylist Deonte Nash testifies, as the defense continues their cross-examination in the sex trafficking trial against Sean "Diddy" Combs. Nash states Diddy physically abused Cassie Ventura, threatening her career and reputation with recordings of their "freakoffs."  Nash describes incidents of Diddy hitting Cassie, grabbing her by the hair and bashing her head into a bed frame, and that he intervened multiple times.  Combs’ ex Gina Huynh claimed the rapper stomped on her stomach and punched her in the head during their five-year relationship. Huynh, who goes by the nickname Virginia V, leveled the allegations in a 2019 interview. Theories continue to swarm Victim-3 is not testify, apparently changing her mind and doesn't want to take the stand. Sean "Diddy" Combs received a brief respite from testimony in his ongoing sex crimes trial over the holiday weekend. Diddy offered a number of activities for Memorial Day, card games, basketball, and soccer tournaments while being housed at Metropolitan Detention Center. Testimony resumed today as Combs' former assistant, Capricorn Clark, testifies through tears the former hip-hop mogul kidnapped and threatened to kill her multiple times. Clark says she once was held captive five days after jewelry went missing, forced to take polygraphs over and over.
